Read more about our solution: CE-marked fertilisers and biostimulants with natural ingredients. The use of these products supports and improves the plant’s own defence system. You aim for a robust, sustainable crop and method of cultivation, therefore growing a better-selling product.
ArgicinPlus is our CE-marked broad-spectrum fertiliser which helps you to avoid many stress conditions from the start of cultivation. The added value of this fertiliser, which contains urea, is the combination of silicon (in the form of orthosilicic acid), willow bark extract and colloidal silver that are present in the product.
The silicon is responsible for stronger green leaves and strengthening the plant, as it is integrated into the cell walls. Silicon also plays a role in the absorption and distribution of nutrients and moisture. The willow bark extract improves root development, but also ensures that the cutting grows faster and more uniformly. This results in a robust cutting or graft that grows quickly from the start, plus a more resilient crop that produces more until the end.
Recommended dosage/advice for use - ArgicinPlus in tree nursery crops and perennials
By feeding your nursery crop(s) with our CE-marked fertiliser ConSecta (enriched with herbal and seaweed extracts), you ensure vigorous, healthy and better developed trees, shrubs or bushes with a proportionally greater leaf volume and a good root environment. Healthy crops emit fewer stress signals, therefore attracting fewer pests.
Recommended dosage/advice for use - ConSecta in tree nursery crops
Pruning cuts and saw wounds can lead to additional stress in trees and plants. By treating these with Wound Balm, you ensure that dry wounds remain clean and that wound tissue is produced more quickly. Wound Balm contains a special polymer that creates a vapour permeable layer, which allows the wound to dry and prevents new moisture (rainwater) from entering through the wound. Wound Balm also contains willow bark extract, colloidal silver and colloidal copper. The willow bark extract promotes the formation of additional wound tissue.
In the relevant season, hail can sometimes cause damage to, for example, fruit tree cultivation. Whatever the damage, for instance snapped branches or wounds on the bark, it is important to prevent wound ethylene from forming due to stress. You prevent this by spraying 1 litre of ArgicinPlus per hectare the day after the hail. Repeat this after one week. The combination of silicon, willow bark extract and colloidal silver ensures that the tree continues to grow, keeps the ‘open’ hail wounds cleaner and accelerates callus formation enabling the wound to overgrow quickly.
Healthy, active and fertile soil life contributes to optimal growth of your crop. To improve the soil life in open fields, growing soil or coconut, we recommend using Soil Bac-1. Soil Bac-1 contains a Bacillus mix of gram-positive bacteria that mainly play a role in root formation. These bacteria survive adverse conditions, such as drought, by forming spores. This is how they differ from, for example, Trichoderma fungi. The crop can absorb nutrients better due to improved root development.
Tip: For crops that are dormant during the winter, Soil Bac-1 helps to get root development going in the spring, therefore contributing to an evenly developed crop.
You can use Soil Bac-1 in open fields, or in growing soil or coconut.
Recommended dosage/advice for use
Soil Bac-1 can also be sprayed or irrigated; the dose is then 250 ml/100 litres of water. For an optimal effect, the product should be sprayed just before it rains, or should be watered in thoroughly.
Sufficient high-quality water is an absolute must for undisturbed growth. To allow this water to reach your crops, a properly functioning irrigation system is required without blockages. You can minimise the risk of blockages by using our water-maintenance products Blue Bac-1 and Blue-Bac-2. Both are 100% natural products, composed from various bacteria.
Both Blue Bac-1 and Blue Bac-2 have their own composition of bacteria. With Blue Bac-1, algae in basins are barely given the chance to grow due to the competition for food. Dead algae are also more easily and effectively digested. Around 2 to 3 months (depending on the level of contamination) after the first application, your basin and silo will be clear and will remain clear.
Blue Bac-2 is most effective when used in the pipes and drippers of your irrigation system. The bacteria in Blue Bac-2 form enzymes that form a sort of very smooth 'coating' on the inside of the pipes, which organic contaminants such as sand or phosphate deposits cannot adhere to. The use of Blue Bac-2 also has a positive effect on the root development of plants and helps you to maintain the pH (stability) of your feed water.
Recommended dosage/advice for use - Blue Bac-1
As a starting dose, administer 2 litres of Blue Bac-1/500 m3 of basin water in the spring. The best result can be expected at a water temperature upwards of 15°C (usually in mid-April).
Repeat the application of Blue Bac-1 every month at a dose of 1.0 litre/500 m3 of basin water.
To achieve the best effect, Blue Bac-1 should be mixed through the water thoroughly. Therefore add the product as far away from the intake point as possible. Thorough aeration using a Venturi or waterfall also improves the effect.
It is most important that, when using Blue Bac-1, you make sure that the basin water moves horizontally. Algae do not thrive well in moving water. The bacteria in Blue Bac-1 will then do the rest.
Recommended dosage/advice for use - Blue Bac-2
As a starting dose, administer 5 litres of Blue Bac-2/ha, in a single shot from a separate fertiliser injector, or add to the day storage tank or the A fertiliser feeder. Repeat this dose once a month until the end of the growing season. For the best effect, our advice is to ensure good aeration of the irrigation water by using a Venturi or waterfall.
Tip: be cautious when combining application with hydrogen peroxide
Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), widely used for disinfection, is a strong oxidising agent that can react with all organic products. For this reason, the recommended products ArgicinPlus, Blue Bac-1 and Blue-Bac 2 cannot be used in irrigation water to which hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) or another chlorinated oxidising agent has been added.
Blue Bac-1 and Blue Bac-2 are natural alternatives for H2O2 or other chemical disinfectants. Contact our advisor to discuss our solution if you nevertheless wish to use hydrogen peroxide at the same time as ArgicinPlus or the Blue-Bac products.
